Welcome to the 4k & Early Childhood Program

 

The heart of the Wausau School District Four-Year-Old Kindergarten Program is its strong developmentally appropriate curriculum delivered by caring, talented teachers specifically trained to teach young children. The experiential instruction prepares children for the opportunities and challenges of kindergarten and beyond.

Andy Reiche, Principal John Marshall Elementary

Mr. Reiche was appointed interim principal last August following the departure of Amanda Patterson.  Since then, he's done a fantastic job leading John Marshall!  Prior to being appointed interim principal, Mr. Reiche was a 5th grade teacher at Marshall for 7 years.  

Gov. Evers completes the bill signing

We are excited to celebrate the contributions of Asian Americans and Hmong Americans in the classroom and educate students about their history!  In fact, as Gov. Evers stated, "The Hmong and Asian American communities are a critical part of our state's history, culture, economy, and our future.  It's important that we celebrate our shared histories and honor the people who help make Wisconsin the state it is today."  We could not agree more!
